Matrix is an open network for secure, decentralized communication.
Think of it like email, but for chat - you can join from any server, use different apps, and still talk with everyone.
It’s privacy-friendly, open source, and great for communities like ours.
How to Join
Pick a client (app)
- Desktop: Element (official client, beginner-friendly)
- Mobile: Element iOS | Element Android
- Other clients are also available
Create an account
- You can register on matrix.org (the biggest homeserver) or choose another homeserver.
- If you have your own matrix homeserver, you can use that too.
Join our community
- Main Space (all rooms): Join our Space #space:homelabindia.party
- General room: Join general discussion room #general:homelabindia.party
